The only name given was "Credit Card Services" apparently they work with Visa, MasterCard, American Express blah blah blah, which didnt make any sense cause those are separate card companies. But anyways, without having any indication of knowing my name, he told me that he can help me lower my interest rates because i currently owe $4,000. And all i needed to give him was my card info. I told him straight up... Which i shouldnt have, i should have toyed with him... I told him "First of all, i dont even have a credit card, and Secondly, that doesnt make any sense at all." And i said that because those card companies work separately and i never had a credit card in my life. I had the feeling it was a scammer as soon as i heard that annoying customer service voice, just saying. And he then said "Okay well it looks like we called the wrong person so thank you and have a good day." And i said "Yeah you too, i guess." And as soon as i got off i told myself that should have toyed with him, kept him on the line to really see his bullshit, maybe give his name or "office" address. Idk. Then i though, i could have given him a huge scare by impersonating an FBI Agent. I was making my own skit in my head. Check it out, lol.
Scammer: *lays down his bulls***.*
Me: is this a scam? Cause if it is i can take this up to my superiors and i can open up a new federal investigation in which i can have my collegues hunt you down. Im not playing."
Scammer: Superiors?
Me: Oh i thought youd know who i was since you just told me i apparently owed $4,000. You just called a federal agent on his personal cellphone. Try the Federal Breaue of Intelligence. Now here is whats going to happen if this is a scam, you will be arrested, you will be found guilty in the court room, definitely charged with Credit Card Fraud, and you will spend the full 20 years in prison if we find out that any money is stolen from those poor souls that work for their earnings. Do you understand that everything i just stated are not limited to what could happen in that court room?
Scammer: Yes.
Me: So its either you tell me the truth now, or else the fire is just going to rain down harder on you, may God have mercy.
And then you can think up whatevers next. You gotta scam the scammers, Morty.
Called early and no one there. Block them
