Scam regarding application never applied for . These calls keep coming from many different numbers. Finance/loan scam/fraud never applied for. So urgent, was on speed dial. Nuisance and harassment, don'f have an application. Caller msg: "hello you're receiving this call because Blue Harbor Capital has an urgent update on your application".
