Saying account fine but call to get better interest rate. Hung up. Don't select any of their directions.

Call from number, no one on the other side, just hang up after a set amount of time. Called back just to see how the system reacts, and it has a message to press a number to be set to a to not call list. Clearly spam, probably just used to check if a person is at the other end.

A person from this number called and saying my credit card could be at a lower interest rate (which is already low)....and he gave me the first 4 digits of a credit card and said it was mine...said nope...not mine...then he said...try this number, then another number....then told me the one with a balance of a certain amount which was definitely now mine...then I questioned who he was with and he hung up. Make sure you do not give your credit card number out which I did not...but a the same time he could NOT give me the correct numbers. Then if you call back to that number it says do you want to be placed on a do NOT call list from that number....never could get anyone on the phone except that recording...SURE IT IS A SCAM. BE WARNED!
