I don't know but says "If you are a senior..." Gotten this SO many times I hang up. I have reported this company several times already.
You need to add "I don't know" to many of the responses below. I am not going to listen to the all every time.

Message is from either FIA Card Services or Bank of America telling me my medical alert system is ready to ship and paid for. Never ordered one-ever. They have been calling multiple times over the past two weeks. They also call another number in our household - 770.587.6933. Both numbers are on the national DNC. Please get this to stop immediately.

Begins with recorded message that appears NOT to be recorded. A man states this call is about a Medical Alert System. Russles paper, as if looking through to provide information, and then says system has already been paid for by someone you know. "There is no cost to you, and the shipping has been paid for. So to schedule the delivery of your Emergency Medical Alert System press 1 now." I have had at least 20 calls in this month (May). I have told them at least 10 or more times not to call that I know it is a scam. No one has paid for it for me; and when anyone accepts delivery, the company begins charging $1.00 a day. I spent multiple hours on hold with AT&T reporting the calls. They disconnected me numerous times. After 3 days of trying, I gave up. Every time I block the call, they use a different number. The most frequent telephone number used is 478-216-4806. Please stop this company from taking advantage of the elderly.

caller said they were seeking info as to where to deliver Medic Alert materials ... not ordered by me. It was a clever recording that appeared to be a live person.
