Unwanted caller does not obey command to quit. Does speak adn does not listen to answer. Calling from phone bank selling product, announcing prizes, selling phones, weightloss pills and working in a team. They have called me when I have stated I have cancer and need my rest at hours earlier than 8am and rang my phone all day long while at my MD appointments. They had occupied my line refusing to speak on the answering machine and when called in return the no calls list number has never worked and their phone does not take messages and the recording is in a different man's voice.
