I've been getting calls like this as well. I asked to speak to the supervisor because they kept harassing me and hanging up on me. I got hung up on again. Called the number back and put myself on the do not call list.

received 5 phone calls from this number in 8 minutes. called back and was told they are a "career advising company." i told them they are harassing me and was hung up on. I called back and reached an automated system where i was able to put myself on a do not call list. not sure if that'll work so I blocked the number anyway. VERY rude and unprofessional. Even if i did need career advising, which i don't, i certainly wouldn't look to these jerks for help.
