Hangup. Called back. Recoded voice told me to change my URL (internet address) Obviously a VOIP call, which are usually a scam. No ID on who is initiating the scam.

WHY DO THESE NUMBERS ALWAYS LEAD TO SOME SITE THAT WANTS MORE INFO ABOUT US BUT WILL NOT GIVE INFO ABOUT THE CALLER? WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY TO HAVE OUR NUMBER ACCESSED BY MORE PEOPLE WHO CLAIM TO BE ABLE TO MAKE THE CALLS CEASE? TALK ABOUT A SCAM!
