Scam... They called my wife and said she need to pay or go to court for blood work and panel done in April, 2018. When my wife put them on speaker and I started asking question, they hung up. Called them back that they hung up.

Just received the call asking 402$ for blood work in April 2018. Not sure how they have got the details of the address and phone number. It happens to be a scam cause I was not even around to any doctor in that period.

Called and said that I had an overdue bill for blood work; That I owed $492.73 from 2018. They claimed they were representing US Diagnostic Labs. I pushed them for information (invoice number, doctor name, telephone number of US Diagnostics). They told me they could not give me info due to HIPPA rules. I told them I was the patient, that they were perfectly able to give me information. Clearly a SCAM!

Aug 25, 2020: When I asked too many questions, lady got impatient with me and hung up on me and said it was going to "Judgment."

same here. They called and told me I owned $400 for lab work back in 2018. I asked them to send me the bill but they denied and keep asking for me to pay. Or they will send to court to collect my money. Also they don't even have my first name correctly. This is SCAM!!!

Just received a call wanting $488.79, when I asked for an invoice they said they would have to send it to court to get the invoice BS!!!!!! I have full medical coverage this would have been taken care of if it even existed. Do not give them anything!

Received a call stating I owed 385.24 for labs done on 4/21/2018. When I questioned her and stated that I never received anything in the mail and to email me a copy she said she didn't have anything. I then told her I didn't go to the doctor anytime from Jan-Oct that year and that I have insurance and she said again she didn't know and would have to get back to me. DON'T PAY, this is a scam.

Yes they called and wanted 400 plus monies for diagnostics testing.i never received a bill and they wouldn't provide info.said it was turned over to collections.How they all get covid 19.How rude.

Eric Jason called saying I owed money from 2018, for blood work. Refused to give me any more information citing HIPA. When I told them HIPA is in regards to third parties, not the patient. He refused to say anything more. Only info. I received is bill was from 3-3-2018, and several notices had been sent to me, which I ignored. Told them never received any notices and I have 2 insurances so everything is paid in full.
I contacted hospital lab and was advised they bill for everything, including blood work sent out, and they have never used US diagnostics.

Said they’re from Collections for US Diagnostics Laboratory. They called twice. As soon as I said I’ve never had bloodwork done, they hang up.
