Recd call from 480-217-8927 @ 09:46 AM with caller ID listed as "WIRELESS CALLER", which is misleading and not in compliance to Fed. Truth In Called ID Statute. Telemarketing sales call to consumer listed on both state and fed. DO NOT CALL lists. Sales agent with claim to be from "card holder services" "representing my credit card account with a lower your interest opportunity". He unable to give any card details, he sol credit info, etc..He did not state and refused his name, business name. address and number to call to be deleted. Told him I was listd on DNC lists and delete my number - he simply argued. This
call violates numerous federal statutes and is considered an organized crime and cobered under the FFDTPA and RICO Acts. The call is an invasion of privacy and harassment. Report ASAP , delete, block #, and
send statement for damages to carrier (% carrier) Leap Wireless Intl., Inc now DBA and AKA Cricket Comm., Inc. Research on internet.

I think, ok, I can wait you out... about 5 minutes in the silence, phone line goes dead.

They call back 3 hours and 18 minutes later... I answer on 5th ring. BUT THIS TIME I SAID HELLO. ABOUT half way into Hello, which is "Hel", I hear muffled sounds of crumpling paper or the sound a family sized bag of cantina style inspired Tostitos makes if you were to roll the top of the bag down, twistIng, rolling, tucking it uniformly so that the bag becomes smaller and chips are easier to pull out and eat.

The noise of the interior part of the bags inner "aluminum" is a very loud and annoying sound, especially if in a classroom of 35 kids taking a mandatory standardized achievement test!
