Advising of upcoming due date on cell bill

Voicemail left by Sprint about my past due bill. Get the call every month a few days after my bill comes in the mail, sometimes before I get the bill in the mail. I've complained about it before, but they say they can't help when my bill arives, and I should already know when my bill is due. I simply tell them I'm not paying until I get an invoice, then hang up.

DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFO...IT IS A FISHING SCHEME!!!! They called, left a message that my cell phone bill was past due and that my service would be shut off in 48 hours if I did not make an immediate payment. When I called the # back, they even had pay over the phone options. I called my service provider to complain and found out no one from there called me!
