Dont want them to leave me messages they are calling the wrong person.

I just received my first call from this number. Foreign woman asked for George or Keana. Not my name or my husbands. We do not have a Wells Fargo account. If I keep receiving calls from them, I will call verizon and have their number blocked. If they call me from another number, I will have it blocked also and so on. I don't know what they wanted. I just hung up on them.

a lady (forgiener) called and asked for me by my first name, I asked who she was and she said Cynthia. I don't know any Cynthia and I told her I am not who shes asking for, she stated she wanted to talk to (again using my first name). Problem is... she wouldn't tell me who she was with! She tried to pass it off that I knew her just by using the name Cynthia!!!

When they call from this number they don't leave a message. I had to look this up to find out who it is.
It took almost 2 years to get WF to stop calling my cell phone, and one of the last times that they did call it I was ALREADY TALKING TO THEM ON MY HOME PHONE. They said they would block that number from the call list.
Half of the time you call them back they get EXTREMELY hateful and start berating you. They want you to make payment arrangements up to 3 months in advance so they can add on $12 fee for each pymt.
Recently I was 3 days behind, answered the phone and told them I would make a payment that week, and they hung up on me. A day later they call my CELL phone AGAIN and leave a message that I was the one who hung up and that the account was in final review after only 4 days past due.
There have also been times I answer at home just to get put on hold and have them pick up and thank ME for calling THEM.
"I didn't call you I just picked up the phone"
