An Air Conditioning Company.
These people keep calling & I have told them that they are not legally allowed to call my number because we are on the national do not call list and we do not accept soliciting calls. I demand them to remove our number from their calling list or I will report them and they will be fined if they fail to comply.
They say (every time): We are not soliciting and this is not a sales call, we are only trying to set up an appointment with you to discuss energy savings. I threaten that I will call the law and then they transfer me to the top manager and the exact discussion is repeated. I tell him they will be hearing from my attourney and he said that is fine, because we are doing nothing wrong and I say:
YES YOU ARE.... YOU ARE CALLING ME AND I AM REQUESTING YOU STOP!!!
This is BULLS#@&!!!! THIS IS ILLEGAL & MUST BE STOPPED!!!!
This number is constantly calling our private phone that we pay the telephone company for and we have also been on the national "do not call list" for years now. These scams are absolutely unacceptable and US citizens should NOT need to deal with these scams. Why are the Telephone Company Giants allowing this to happen to PAYING CUSTOMERS??? Where is our government security protection????????? The calls are coming in every other day. We also receive several other calls from other numbers trying to scam too. This is DISRUPTING OUR DAILY LIVES!! We may decide to do away with phones all together because we have had enough!!!! It's a SHAME!! Let's Be STRONG AMERICANS and NOT ANSWER ANY OF THEIR CALLS!! REFUSE TO BE SCAMMED BY THEM!!! BE SMART!! DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
