This is a terribly malicious call from the "Windows Technical Department," which is a non-existent entity. They will try to convince you that your computer has hundreds of viruses and then will ask for money to help you fix it. Once you give them remote access to your machine and pay them, they will delete crucial system files, insult you, and leave. There is a YouTube video that was recorded by someone who allowed them to do this. NEVER trust anyone from the "Windows Technical Department" and NEVER let anyone whom you do not know personally to have remote access
