This number seems to be a catch all of various telemarketing scams. Spoofed for sure.

This caller is a convicted felon who was released from prison early due to prison overcrowding and a federal judge's order for the state to release tens of thousands of convicts. These are dangerous people who are now preying upon innocent and unsuspecting people. Our government does not care about you or me and they are not going to do anything to stop these criminals.
