A Company called CPN called me from tel# 480-385-4240 giving me some sales line. There information was all incorrect and I asked to be removed from their call list. He said he would just keep calling back until he got past me to the owner. I hung up on him with some choice words after he refused my request for him to stop calling me. Immediately, another call came through, NICK TARABORI, I asked for a number to call him back at and he gave me a different number then the caller ID listed above, he gave me 480-285-2000. I called back and asked for CEO or PRESIDENT, the response was they are up in Canada. I asked for head of this department they named Danny Cullum / Nick Tarabori / and a guy named Evan / other numbers are 480-385-4240 / 480-285-2000 / 631-210-6266. I advised Nick that the fact I requested them not to call anymore and he has called two more times that he is breaking a federal law and that I would be filing suit against Himself, Evan and Danny as well as the company. Even if he isn't the next person that calls, the fact that I advised the person before him and Nick himself, anymore calls are a violation and each defendant would need to retain their own attorney. So win or lose, this company and 3 employees with hire 4 attorneys and spend thousands for harassing me. The pathetic point is they claim to have so much research on our company, yet they have nothing correct.
This number calls our company about 2-3 times a day everyday. There is never anyone on the other end just a little background noise and then once I say hello a second time they hang up. Tried to call number back to be removed from contact list and its just a message saying "all of our representatives are busy, please hold on the line". No one ever gets on the line.
A company representative working for CPN called me today. I asked to be added to their Do Not Call List.
A company representative working for CPN called us today, but I just pretended like we weren't a business & asked to be added to their Do Not Call List. There is up to a $10,000.00 fine per incident if they choose not to obey the laws laid out to to them by the state of New Mexico for them to strictly abide by, and we're certainly NOT above calling the NM State Attorney General's Office if they break them by choosing not to respect our wishes, nor would it be the 1st time we've had to seek out their assistance for help in resolving a harassing telemarketing firm that just won't take NO for an answer. We advise that you all do the same if this is the case.
