Life Alert product. They stated it is free and shipping paid for just trying to confirm a good delivery date. This is a robo call however you have an option to press to decline shipment as well as a option to speak to a representative. I have tried both options on at least 2 separate occasions. Speaking to Mary #6446 op 6-21 and Claire #6772 on 6-24 requesting removal of my phone number from their calling list. On several of the other calls I tried to opt out using the key pas option but so far this has been unsuccessful. I am a caretaker for a 79 year old who really gets upset when the phone call rings and these calls are beginning to become a form of harassment. Calls received on 06-17-2013, 06-19-2013,06-21-2013,06-24-2013, 06-26-2013 and again on 06-28-2013

"help I can't get up" equipment. It said they would deliver our order. Press one number for one choice anohter for a different choice. I have gotten this before and told them to put us on their do not call list. They are scamming for old people who don't know if they ordered or not. Finally they hung up, but I tried dialing the number I saw on the screen and got the message that the number had been disconnected. 480-477-9259 I have told them multiple times do not call me put me on do not call list.
