Unknown caller wanting to buy my property for less than 30% value. Buyer's address is a UPS mailbox in Orlando FL (along with several other companies with similar names). Phone number is registered in Phoenix AZ. Company website claims to be a "Christian company". Right! I also have a bridge in Russia that I'll be glad to sell them!
