Another website shows this caller to be very busy today. I didn't answer because no called id showed up, but others say that it is a recorded call about a survey of National Debt with an offer to win a free cruise.
Most are smart and hang up. Be careful and don't answer or just hang up, don't give them any personal information.

The prerecorded message indicated I had won a free trip if I participated in a survey regarding the national debt.

The call I received was a combination of a sham political survey with a back-end promotion to "Caribbean Cruise Lines" cruise offer. The cruise line offer was promoted during the initial step of identifying the call as a survey. The survey was only 3 very broad political survey questions.

The name given for the cruise line offering was "Caribbean Cruise Lines". I was able to locate the following info online:

The company claimed that efaresearch.org was the one providing the survey.
