Although purporting to be a survey, the caller promises a chance to win a cruise, but later in the call it turns out that the person who wins the cruise must pay the port fees, immediately, using a credit card.

Recorded survey followed by a live operator who promises a free cruise to the Caribbean. Caller asks for credit card number and private information. This is apparently a phishing attempt.
