This is a third party debt collector. Sometimes the CID says "Discover", sometimes it says "American Express." I know because both IDs showed up on my phone ..they left a message for Jennifer Frederick (of whom I've never heard). I called back and someone with a heavy Indian accent answered. I asked "are you Discover or American Express" she wouldn't confirm; just kept asking for my DOB and last 4 of my SSN. I told her she is leaving messaged for this Jennifer and there is no one at this number by that name.
