Like many others below, I also have tried to stop these calls. I had to be out of town and when I came home I found out my voicemail box had been shut down by the numerous calls placed by AZ Green Energy Study Group. After having my voicemail box filled by the many calls from AZ GESG, I called the phone number associated with http://www.puresolarnow.com to ask them to stop calling - I have a family member who is in poor health and may need to leave a message to enlist my help. The lady I spoke to was kind enough to take my phone number and stated that it would be removed from their database today. I also advised that I am on the Do Not Call list. Time will tell if they are honorable people.

Got five calls from them yesterday and one already this morning. I've asked them to not call as we're on the Do Not Call register and the person started arguing with me, so I hung up. I have reported some of their calls to the Do Not Call register website:

I have been receiving these calls almost every day for at least 6 months in the early afternoon at different times like 3:45, 3:10 today was 2:20. The recording starts with "Attention power company customers..." The calls come from different numbers like 480-3952684, 480 231-2809, today was 520-288-4932. Several months ago I reported it. I don't know what to do other than try not to get upset.

This is indeed a scam and the caller has entered a number in the caller ID that cannot be called back. I get hang up calls from this number daily, so today I decided to answer. It is an automated respones about the high cost of energy and how you can lower your power bills by 30%, guaranteed of course! Press one to hear more about this. So I did. After being on awful music hold for several minutes, a voice says "this is the green energy study group, how may we help you." I stated that I would like some information about the company, and of course they hung up. I am so sick of these calls. I enter my phone number on the "do not call list" every year. I am begining to think that I am doing to wrong thing and that I am getting these calls because I do put my number on the list. I am just fed up with it all!

THIS NUMBER CANNOT BE DIALED BACK- IT IS A FAKE CALLER ID NUMBER & THE PURPOSE IS TO SCAM!!!! This number is constantly calling our private phone that we pay the telephone company for and we have also been on the national "do not call list" for years now. These scams are absolutely unacceptable and US citizens should NOT need to deal with these scams. Why are the Telephone Company Giants allowing this to happen to PAYING CUSTOMERS??? Where is our government security protection????????? I have not answered this call from this number and they have not left a message either but, the calls are coming in on a daily basis 1 to 2 times per day. We also receive several other calls from other numbers trying to scam too. This is DISRUPTING OUR DAILY LIVES!! We may decide to do away with phones all together because we have had enough!!!! It's a SHAME!! Let's Be STRONG AMERICANS and NOT ANSWER ANY OF THEIR CALLS!! REFUSE TO BE SCAMMED BY THEM!!! BE SMART!! DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
