Caller says they're with a processor that processes Visa and Mastercard, says I qualify for Tier I "matrix" and the division manager needs to come and explain in person; needs to see 2 copies of my monthly processing report. Asks what my monthly credit card sales are. Says Visa mandates that he MUST do this. I didn't give info, told her they should already have it. Caller ID gives "Unknown Name" with number. Sounds like a scam to get me to change processors.
