Thye have called us multiple times as well. They have a gimmick about giving you 120% of bluebook value for your vehicle. When you show up, they tell you it is really blackbook, and the offer is no where near what they said on the phone.
We sat in the showroom for over 3 hours, and 5 different people tried to handle our 'deal' - we walked out.
