The new rules the world has to accept is you have one opportunity to leave a message when you call someone you have not called before. There are too many millions of phone calls that are spam and scams every single day. If you decide to not leave a message a whole lot of people are going to consider it a scam and block you. Remember you got one shot at leaving a message do it if you need to get ahold of that person.
