Buy a metal whistle and next time they call, advise them that you "are going to blow a load whistle". You need to warn them first, so that when you blow the whistle as load as possible into the phone, they can't sue you for breaking their ear drums.

If you get a call from a person you don't know (a stranger), DON'T ANSWER! It's not going to hurt their feelings, but it could hurt you in more ways than one. Simply put them on your personal Block Caller list and then delete the call and message. Don't assume the government's Do Not Call list is going to handle it - it won't. File a complaint with them!
Never give your cell phone number TO ANYONE! That's personal information! If you do, you might as well give them your house keys - you just gave them permission to call you ANYTIME. Never call them back, you just them a working phone number. Do your homework on these people. Make a note of the phone number, search them online, get an address, and sue them. If that's too much work, than you have no right to complain and you'll keep getting called. They are abusing your phone service. Stop assuming the government will handle these people - YOU HANDLE THEM!

Never leaves a message and calls very early in the morning. Tried calling number back but no one ever answers the phone. No answering machine picks up.

i get this call every night at around 7 p.m. no one says anything they just want to listen to you keep saying hello or whois on the other end of phone. when we try to all it back the number is disconected.sue
