Tired of these calls have talked to countless reps and asked to be removed from their calling lists, most of them usually hang up but I have had a few get obscene with me calling me profound names ect. I would like to see this place fined and shut down where are you FTC ?

Claimed to reduce your credit card interest rate. When you pressed "1" for a person and asked what card they represented they hung up. Called back and received a recorded message that didn't seem to have anything to do with "card holder services."

They claim there is nothing wrong with credit card and that they are from some "credit card services". They claim to be able to lower interest rates.

The message indicated I should press 1 to speak to a representative regarding my account. I pressed 1 so that I could get the company's name and tell them not to call me again. The person who answered stated the company's name is "Account Member Services" and they service Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery accounts. She hung up on me when I asked her which account of mine they service.
