Reduce credit card debt. The recording starts ‘Hi, this is Amy with Account Services…’. When you press 1 to talk with a representative and ask them what company they are with or that you not be contacted in the future you are met with obscenities and quickly hung up upon. This has been happening for months. Use the power of the FCC to weigh heavily on these persistent scammers.

Advertised a new great rate on my MasterCard/Visa but did not say it was from MY credit card company and I do not have both MasterCard and Visa. Do not know the name of the advertiser - never given in any messages. I have attempted to ask that I not be called but I've always just been hung up on.

Message asked to hit 1 to get information on how to lower my credit card interest rates. I did not hit 1 then the phone call automatically ended. I called back to verify the number, a different message asked me to hit 1 for a chance to win $50,000 while I waited for an operator. That phone call ended automatically also since I didn't hit 1.

Recorded call: lower rates on credit cards. then punch 1 they want your credit card numbers.
This same aggressive telemarketing scheme is still relentlessly badgering people with impunity. "operator" connects you to an aggressive script reader who immediately asks you if you are interested in the offer. Any answer other than “yes” results in an immediate hang up, but they call again within a day or two. Attempting a call-back is useless as the number is either busy, or no one answers, or it belongs to a disconnected account.

I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these scum sucking criminals. I have filed more than 50 complaints with the FTC, however due to the fact

that they hide behind spoofed numbers, I doubt that they will ever be able to stop any of them. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any

services.
