Initially there was a prerecorded call from "Ann" asking if I wanted to lower my interest rate. The only option to choose is "1" to speak with a live representative, a "David from the Qualifications Department". I asked to be removed from their list and he hung up.

Account services and this is your FINAL notice, but every day it's my FINAL notice. If I press one and get an operator the minute I ask their name they hang up on me and sometimes it just hangs up without ever getting to a live person.

I answere the call but no one said anything. I called back and was immediately put into a queue that told me if I would press 1 I would have a chance to win 50k and then get trivia questions on my phone.
