won't say the name of company and says they're calling with a "lower interest rate" and pretends to be a credit card company. Every time I ask who is calling or for details they hang up. This has happened several times over several months. I see that it's happening to other consumers too.

Reducing the interest rate on my credit card accounts- This was NOT from an entity I do business with, and did not represent my card account holders. I had to meet some qualifications of indebtedness to qualify. Sounded like a scam similar to 'debt counseling' scams.

Rachael from Cardmember services offered to lower my credit card interest rate. I have asked many times to be removed from this call list but they do not offer an opt out number on their menu. When I told this caller I had requested other callers to remove me from the list, he started singing "Bitch dont tell no lie, bitch dont tell no lie" over and over.
