Credit card rate improvemnent. I get similar calls (and have reported) but generally calls are from different phone numbers. Most have pre-recorded message, to lower interest rates. Then, when press 1 (to ask to have my number removed, due to "no-call" list), the live person simply hangs up.

Credit card counseling and lowering interest rates. The same message has been played on unsolicited and unwanted calls to me from different numbers, including: 360-529-6177 on 6/8/12 and 5/30/12, and 425-320-5012 on 6/4/12.
