They claim they can lower my credit card interest rate and give a low rate. State this is my last chance... although at least the last half dozen calls have stated the same thing. About a year ago I grilled a real person about the name of the company. He insisted the company was called Cardholder Services. I asked him to ensure that they never call me again. He hung up.
