Francine calls asking for the owner (But you can call her "Fran"). Acts rude and says she has left several messages and wants to know when she can call back to speak to the owner directly. After reading these comments I almost cant wait for her to call back so I can mess with her.

Very rude scam caller named Francine stating that she was from I-payment and needed to speak with me regarding a banking matter and listed off some reference number to sound important. She becomes very rude once you question her at all. This is a scam to try and switch you from your existing merchant service account to theirs. (Credit card processing) stay away she is not professional once her cover is blown.

Same phone call as everyone else. Francis, and she was call from i payment? she knew my name(which i thought was bizarre) and she also knew our dr name. She seemed pretty shady so we googled it and glad we saw this website.

Run from this phone call. Francine is who I spoke with. Hang up as soon as she identifies herself! RUDE! This is a big scam. Look out!

I receive calls from this "Francine" several times a week. She says she is calling for the owner regarding a "personal banking matter". She actually did get through to the owner one day who told her she's not interested, "Francine" is attempting to have us use her company whatever that may be for our merchant account. Even after being told we are not interested, she continues to call and is quite rude.

Received a call this morning asking for the office manager and I told them the doctors usually handle everything themselves and she asked for one of our doctors to give her a call back. She started reading off a phone number and reference number. At that point, she had yet to tell me her name or where she was calling from. When I finally asked, she said her name was Francine. So I searched the phone number on Google, knowing it sounded kind of fishy.

Got the same call from Francine regarding a banking matter. Will not give a company name.

received a call from Francine - wanting to speak with the owner of the business stating it is a banking matter. Will not give any info as to what it is in regards to....even give you a reference number. I believe she has call in the past, last year and is very pushy. Going to block number.

Very aggressive person - no lady

Francis called to speak with person in charge of Merchant Account, has an "Account Number". When asked for a company name, says it is a personal banking matter regarding the Merchant Account.

After finally speaking with "Francine" this is a company that wants to help you get a lower rate with your credit card processing for your company. Will give very little information over the phone wants you to meet with a financial person in your area to go over everything.

"Francine" called asking for the owner - doesn't know the name. Says it is a "banking matter" and gives me a reference number. When I push for more information (like what bank?) and ask her what company she is calling from she gets very "testy" and tells me to disregard - she will call back in a couple of weeks.

Received call from same person and she asked for the boss and left message to have him call her back. Told me to repeat everything she just said. We blocked both number

Woman calls and asks for company president, whose name she gets wrong, says her name is Francine and it is a "banking matter" with reference number, speaks very quickly when telling me which account it is regarding, when I ask her for her company name or to please repeat or spell the name of the account she got belligerent, told me she would contact my boss via his personal email address to complain about me, has called twice so far.
