Calls over and over saying that I am being sued for a payday loan I never had and doesnt even show on my credit report.. Very clearly a scam. Asked me for my SSN (if you're suing me, wouldn't you know this?) I let them know that I would be reporting them to the CFPB for abusive collection behaviors and I was then cursed at and they threatened to call my employer and put this debt on my credit report. Had this been legitimate, this company would know that I work for one of the three Credit Bureaus .. ya know.. the place that provides credit reports... and *newsflash* pay day loans are not acceptable forms of data to be reflected on a consumer credit report. ignore these fools and block the number if you can. Not a legitimate debt collector.
