This is the same old "Rachel" or "Carmen from cardholder services." They are trying to get credit card numbers so they can bill for bogus services. 100% crooks. Ask to speak to Rachel or Carmen, and they will hang up so fast your phone will catch fire. Oddly, they don't sound like they are calling from India, so why can't the FTC shut down a criminal US-based operation?
