never heard a message - the line appeared dead, but I always get those credit card svcs calls, so I expect it was those scumbags.

I have received no less than 8 calls from Consumer Services, each call with a different area code and number. Since I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize I do not know who this is or what the caller is pitching. I have lost confidence in the "Do Not Call" registry.
