He asked for Helen, which is the wrong name. So he goes on to say he's calling for the fraternal order of police. I hung up and blocked the number.
Answered which I do not normally do with no name. Supposed to be blocked by AT&T. Am on DNC. federal and state. Illegal to call. SCAM I am sure.
