Recorded message "Rachael" offers to reduce current credit card rates. They charge a LOT of MONEY for something they do not guarantee. Anyone can do this that is in GOOD STANDING with their credit card company. This is a PRE-RECORDED MESSAGE TO MY CELL PHONE.
