Several calls and hang-up's after I tried to answer. Don't know if this is some sort of prank or I get charged every time I answer.

Calling my cell and hanging up or is "Education Experts". The number lists as Arkansas on my CallerID, but they are in San Francisco, California I found out after calling the number back and cussing someone for 5 minutes after the 12th call in an hour to my business cell.
