This was an automated robo-call from "Cardholder services" wanting to lower my credit card interest rate. I'm tired of listening to their robo calls so I hung up. I've previously told them numerous times not to call me, yet they keep calling.
The called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
I got some information from a previous caller, though I don't know if it's accurate:
