They called me and wanted to lower my credit card interest rates, but they were unable to identify which of my credit card accounts they could lower. They wanted me to give them my credit card information. Ridiculous!

No business has been given my cell phone number, so I know the call is just a scam for a fact.
It's against the law in my state for solicitation to be placed to a cell phone without written permission from the cell phone holder & no business has that from me because I will not give my cell phone # out to businesses.

This is a nonworking number so it is obvious that they are using the caller ID spoofing software so you don't see the actual number it is coming from. Criminals continue to use this and there isn't a thing you can do other than quit answering calls from unknown numbers. They will leave a message if it is legitimate.
