The caller introduced herself as Betty Love, well, she claimed that I have a subpoena me to court due to a fraud on a payday loan in which they have my information but as for the time frame of the loan, I wasn't even in Hawaii or have an account with ASB. I tried to inform her that I've been a victim of identity theft and she keeps telling me that "this is not a case of identity theft, it's fraud". Well, how can it not be identity theft is someone uses your personal information and takes a loan through online services? There should never be any online services for any LOANS especially when there are thieves that walks among us, and ruin the lives of honest, hard working people.
