I just got the same call with the same message but from 1-501-800-4373.
Call was to authorize a purchase for MacBook Pro on my Amazon acct. Press 1 if I didn't authorize to speak to customer service rep. Amazon doesn't have this number and there was nothing in my Amazon acct prooving this
