I received a call from this same number today. 501-943-4063. He said my daughter had requested material for the ACT. Asked if I had a few minutes for some questions. I said yes, however that my daughter had already taken the ACT. He hung up on me.

I suspect there’s some sort of ACT CD Scam going on. Perhaps there’s been a breach in contact information being released. However I received a call today on my cell from 501-943-4063 (Bryant, AR). The young lady asked if she could verify my address because my son requested 2 ACT prep CD’s. She then said she wanted to make sure that if they mailed the CD’s that I would mail the CD’s back. To ensure I would mail the CD’s back they wanted my credit card information to charge me $200. She said once I mail the CD’s back they would credit my $200. This has to be some sort of scam because when I said I didn't want the materials she hung up in my face.
