If you don't answer, it leaves an unidentified Roboscam message about merchant credit card rates.
Credit card interest rate scam.
I've been getting calls from Better Merchant on different phone numbers for months now. They leave no message. Every time it's a different number. I can't even block them because they're constantly changing their number.
