Called me too, hung up after 3 rings, before I could get to the phone. Wasn't going to answer anyway, thanks for the above comment.

Agent stated and clarified by spelling that her name was Tanice.
Stated company is "The Alarm Group" out of Westchester NY next to border with CT. Stated number was from some homeowners database. When asked if they do not check against DNC, she was in violation of DNC (10+ years listed) and asked for a supervisor she stated that things get missed and she would add the number and promptly hung up without transfer.
