Called me twice saying he was "Officer Erik Foster" in a very thick accent that sounded Middle Eastern. Definitely a scam.

SAME! This happened to me with another phone number with the EXACT same message. I am reporting the call to the FTC. I have had enough of this b.s.

Same as above. I called back and tried to string him along. It's a poor phishing attempt to get you to give out non public info.

The caller has accent, starts talking before voice mail kicks in, and says, "If I don't get a call back from you or from your attorney then I wish you good luck as the situation badly unfolds upon you." I did not return the call. Another scam. I am getting something like this one daily. Yesterday it was from fake IRS.

Had a similar experience today. Was unable to answer the call but the voicemail was threatening and partially cut off. I guess he started talking before the beep. It was in an accent I couldn't recognize. I was able to make out "Officer Mike" and "if you or your attorney don't call me then good luck." When I called the number back there was no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. Any person leaving a legit message like that would have a voicemail box.

threatening lawsuit, call back or have my attorney do so. Do not call this Joker back. not sure of what scam but I worry he may be taking advantage with people that fall for this

Called me today and had started talking before my voice mail kicked in so not sure what he was calling about, but he told me to call him back immediately or else......yeah that's going to happen.

Indian accent faking a heavy southern accent claiming to be an IRS officer. Threatening tone urging me to call him ot else .
