They called said that I owed for a debt not paid and the were going to call my employer this is all a scam hang up immediately!!!

Call from Evelyn Dixon stating they had served a case against me through the mail and that I did not respond and was not responding to their calls. They also contacted my daughter and said there was a case against me. This is the first contact I have had. They did not send me anything through the mail. They threatened to go to my employer if I did not return the call. That is totally illegal. They cannot contact your employer unless a judgment has been made against you. And, I do not owe any debts. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I texted them back and advised I was going to get legal action against them if me or my daughter was contacted again. Yes, I believe they are working from an old payday advance mailing address list.

Asked for an employee and when I stated they can't get calls while on duty.. she said she'd "take out a complaint and have a warrant served" like I was threatened by this.

Phony call about a complaint, but no such complaint can be found. It appears they are working off an old mailing list and attempting to get a return call so they can demand money. What a surprise. They claim to be either law enforcement or some other company that takes in complaints. Not returning any calls, told my boss to ignore. Blocking such calls from all incoming.
