Not spoof of humana but a survey call.

This is Humana health insurances's customer survey number. If you call them to talk to a representative, they may call you back from this number to take a survey on how they did. It's automated, so you can't talk to a human being at this number.

At 3:23 pm this afternoon Humana called my cell from this number. At 3:25 pm they called me from 866-987-2348 requesting I respond to a survey about my doctor. I regret ever signing up w them. They are aggressive & pushy, the tactics used to get you to buy more insurance-hucksterism!

Have gotten this call every day for the past 5 days - even over the weekend. Fake Humana ID. Never left a message, so I know it's not a valid Humana number.

Yes, when I called Humana for a billing problem, I answered yes that I would take a short survey. This must have been that call.

Re: Number shown on CID: 502-301-1989. I did not answer and they did not leave a message so they don't get another chance. CID says "Humana Inc" but it's not Humana calling so don't blame them. It's a spoofed call. Logic supports this too. If it WAS a legitimate call, 1) they would not likely be calling on Sunday (not normal business hours); and 2) they would leave a message with info, which they did not. Obviously a scam. They're now blocked on my phone (scammers don't get 3 strikes here!) Interesting how most of the reports are from many years ago and now they're starting up again.

This number has been calling me every day for the last few weeks. The first thing in the morning, the last thing at night, and they never leave a message.

I received a "missed call" from this number today. Other websites said it was Humana. I didn't call back. I have Humana Medical & Drug Insurance as a Medicare Supplement, but they usually call from an 800 number when I have some RX that need filling, when they have shipped some RX after I ordered from them, and such. They have offices everywhere, it seems, including Kentucky, so it probably is Humana. I have no problem with them, and any problems have always been taken care of promptly when I call them. I try to tell them not to keep my debit card number on file, as they will charge a RX to it when I have no funds in the bank, & it causes "insufficient" charges! I also have asked them to NOT call me when they ship RX, as I don't need the tracking number and a lot of useless information; I just go down to the Post Office & check my box, & it is usually there. Sometimes they will use a "machine" to call me, sometimes not! I just put up with it, as they are a pretty good company, overall. I did send a RX from my doctor by mail, & it said they could fill it with a generic, which was ZERO CO-PAY, but they filled it with a regular RX & charged me $95, so I called them & talked to 2 different supervisors, the last one saying he was in the RX dept., & he sent me a label to return it & they deducted the $95, so I was happy with that! Keep up the good work, of informing people about these "odd" phone numbers, as I get other calls from other numbers, too. I figure they are just checking to find out "active, alive" cell phone numbers, so they can sell them for telemarketing purposes. When it gets as bad as the land-line was (which I had AT&T take out because they KEPT GOING UP ON THE PRICE), then I'll do like the dealers & throw the cell phone in the trash & get another one with a different number!
