Refer to themselves as account services, masquerading as a customer service division of one of your (unnamed) credit cards.

States to press 9 to have your number removed from calling list, but message just continues and repeats, appears to have no affect cause they just call back.

If you press 1 and get connected to a live person and request to be removed from the calling list they just hang up on you.
