they are rip offs they sent me the phone and i never got the service but i got my money back.
HOLA MI PAIS is a scam!! they stole about $300 from me. sent me a phone, with no phone number or services. i called them many times to get my money back and they just hang up on me or i get transferred to a voicemail thats too full to even leave a message. HOLA MI PAIS is a scam. do not believe anything they say, its all lies. i had to speak to about 5 different people who didn't know what they're talking about. do not give these people your money, its alllll a scam!!!

mi esposo ordeno el telefono le llego y es un telefono totalmente diferente al ke te ofrecen lo puedes comprar en cualkier lado por algunos 20 dolares no hay manera de activarlo y le dicen en el telefono ke fue un error de la compania ahora nadie le contesta ke verguenza ke nos enganen y lo mas triste es ke tienen el comercial en una de las cadena de television mas reconocidaa de habla hispana.
